Weeks 6-7

Build personalized 23-minute routines that integrate body awareness with cognitive reframing techniques proven to interrupt stress response patterns.

Week 8

Long-Term Integration

Create a sustainable daily practice plan tailored to your schedule constraints, with backup strategies for maintaining consistency during busy periods.

How You Will Actually Learn

The program runs as live video sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30 Kyiv time. Each 68-minute session includes demonstration, guided practice, and time for individual questions. Sessions are recorded and available within 2 hours if you need to review or miss a class.

Between sessions, you receive short practice videos ranging from 11 to 27 minutes that reinforce techniques from the live classes. These are designed to fit into lunch breaks or morning routines. The program materials remain accessible for 6 months after completion, so you can revisit any lesson as needed.

Three instructors rotate teaching duties throughout the program, each bringing specialized knowledge in different aspects of stress management. This variety exposes you to different teaching styles and helps you find approaches that resonate with your learning preferences.

Program Enrollment Steps

Registration opens 11 days before each program cycle begins. The next cohort starts on June 3rd with enrollment closing on May 29th once we reach 36 participants.

Within 6 hours, you will get an email with bank transfer details and program cost of 4,820 UAH, which includes all materials and recordings.

After payment confirmation, you receive login credentials for the learning platform where all sessions, recordings, and resources are hosted.

Join Orientation Session

Attend a 38-minute technical orientation held the Saturday before the program starts, where we cover equipment needs and platform navigation.
