Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service or product from Yorphadyne, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. These terms apply to all transactions processed through our website at yorphadyne.com.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.
Yorphadyne reserves the right to modify pricing for services at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Electronic payment systems
- Bank transfers
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. Yorphadyne does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
Billing Cycle
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at purchase:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
- Quarterly subscriptions are billed every 90 days
- Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days
Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date unless the subscription is cancelled prior to that date.
Authorization and Charges
By providing payment information, you authorize Yorphadyne to charge the payment method for all fees incurred. You agree to maintain valid and current payment information.
If a payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services until payment is successfully processed.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased:
Subscription Services
Refunds for subscription services may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.
One-Time Purchases
Digital products and one-time service purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@yorphadyne.com with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by law.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription services until the end of the paid period.
Free Trials
Free trial periods may be offered for certain services. Payment information is required to start a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription at the standard rate.
Free trials are available once per user. Yorphadyne reserves the right to determine eligibility and prevent abuse of trial offers.
Taxes and Additional Fees
Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges. You are responsible for all such charges associated with your purchase based on your billing address and local regulations.
Transaction fees imposed by your financial institution or payment provider are your responsibility.
Late Payments
For invoice-based payments, full payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of service access
- Late payment fees as permitted by law
- Termination of service agreement
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us immediately at info@yorphadyne.com. We will investigate all disputes promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Yorphadyne may result in immediate service termination.
Service Modifications
Yorphadyne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice. In the event of discontinuation of a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer refunds or alternative services at our discretion.
Account Termination
Yorphadyne reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent payment activity. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect payment information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
